Far from social life, some 18,000 people are serving prison sentences in prisons. For those persons, during the time spent in prison, the task is to prepare for their post-release life. On the road to an effective resocialization, the prisoners' individual opportunities during the time of the sentence are limited and therefore they need help in returning to society. Although there are few tools in the hands of the convicted to achieve the above mentioned goal, it is also true that one of the factors required for implementation is a significant amount of time. Inmates themselves can also live with the possibility of an efficient use of the penitentiary period and its effective use. If they have a need to become better, they can learn ways to develop their own self, and they can use the help of the educators of the sciences supporting the multidisciplinary development of adults (andragogy, psychology, etc.).
