PARTICIPANT-CENTERED TOOLS FOR REINTEGRATION OF INMATES

Far from social life, some 18,000 people are serving prison sentences in prisons. For those persons, during the time spent in prison, the task is to prepare for their post-release life. On the road to an effective resocialization, during the time of the punishment, prisoners' individual opportunities are limited and therefore they need help in returning to society. Although there are few tools in the hands of the inmates to reach the goals above, it is also true that one of the factors required for implementation has a significant amount, and that is time. The inmates themselves can also live with the possibility of an efficient use of the penitentiary time and its effective use. If they have a need for becoming more, better, they can learn ways to develop their own self, and they can use the helpers of sciences supporting the multi-directional development of adults (andragogy, psychology, etc.). With the method of self-development, they can achieve results that can be measured primarily by increasing the human quality of detainees and by which they can find their worthy place in society more easily after their release...
